Refund policy

At NorthVale Wellness, product integrity and safety are a priority. Because we offer ingestible and personal wellness products, certain return limitations apply.
Return Eligibility
Unopened and unused products may be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery.
To qualify for return, items must:
- Be in original, sealed packaging
- Be unused and unopened
- Be in resalable condition
Proof of purchase is required for all returns. Returns that do not meet these criteria may be declined.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened dietary supplements
- Used personal care products
- Products with broken safety seals
- Items marked as final sale
These limitations help maintain product safety and brand integrity.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery.
We may request photographs of:
- The product
- The packaging
- The shipping label
Failure to report issues within this timeframe may limit our ability to resolve the claim.
Return Authorization
All returns require prior authorization from NorthVale Wellness.
Items returned without authorization may be refused. Return instructions will be provided after approval.
Refund Processing
Once a return is received and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Refund timing may vary depending on financial institutions.
Abuse Prevention & Resale Protection
To protect product integrity and maintain responsible distribution standards, we reserve the right to:
- Refuse returns in cases of suspected misuse or abuse
- Limit returns associated with excessive return history
- Decline orders suspected of resale or diversion activity
